The Collie J. Nicholson Chapter of Grambling University National Alumni Association cordially invites you to participate in Grambling State University’s Annual High School and Transfer Day on Saturday, October 10, 2015. Students will have the opportunity to visit our beautiful campus, participate in the college fair day which includes the campus colleges sharing information about their degree programs, learn about student life on campus and see the World Famed Marching Tiger Band perform and attend a spectacular football game against Alabama A&M University. The itinerary is as follows:

Departure Times

Locations

3:00 a.m. North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship
3:30 a.m. Leave for GSU
7:00 p.m. Depart from GSU
11:00 p.m. Arrive at North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship

Attire

Appropriate casual clothing and comfortable shoes should be worn. The following are unacceptable clothing: tank tops, mesh tops, jeans with holes, short shorts, halter tops, skirts or dresses that are less than 21” long and no baggy or sagging pants with under garments revealed. Students must adhere to the dress code or they will not be allowed to board the bus and will forfeit their money.

What to bring

MP3s, tablets and phones with earbuds, pillows, and blankets are permitted.

Update: Oct. 7, 2015 – Due to the overwhelming response, we have reached our capacity limited for Grambling State University’s High School and Transfer Day.

Registration

Registration is $40 per student. All registration and parental permission forms must be turned in on Saturday, October 10, 2015, before students can board the bus. Students will need money for breakfast, dinner and to make any purchases while on campus (i.e. bookstore, food during football game).
