North Texas Giving Day – September 17th
The Collie J. Nicholson Chapter of Grambling University National Alumni Association is raising money for students that live in the North Texas area. Thursday, September 17th is North Texas Giving Day! It is the largest online giving event of its kind in the US. Last year, 75,000 donations were made totaling $26.3 million. The Collie J. Nicholson Chapter is one of 2,000 organizations participating this year. Donations of $25 or more will be amplified by more than $1.5 million in bonus and prizes.
How can you help? Tell your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers…basically, everyone about Thursday, September 17th. It’s that simple! Then tell five others and encourage them to do the same.
Money raised will go towards book and tuition scholarships and tuition assistance for current students and High School Day for perspective students from the North Texas area
