GSU Alums giving back to the community.

On Monday, December 14th, the Dallas and Collie J. Nicholson Chapters of Grambling University National Alumni Association hosted a holiday party. It was truly a party with the purpose. There was great fellowship, food, music and most importantly, an opportunity to give back to the community. Over 25 toys were collected and will be donated to Bryan’s House. For the past six years, the Collie J. Nicholson Chapter has donated toys to Bryan’s House, and this year the Dallas Chapter joined the cause. Bryan’s House serves children with medical or developmental needs and their families by providing specialized child care, respite care and social services. “One Grambling” was definitely displayed as alumni came together from across the Dallas Metroplex to partake in the holiday celebration and the opportunity to give back.
